First Impressions Call – Thornbury Physiotherapy Grace walked through the three homepage concepts with Nick. Concept 3 was the clear favourite: they liked the confident type and the way projects lead the page. Concerns were mainly around timing (they'd like to launch before their busy season) and whether photography can be phased. Pricing was discussed: the Signature option fits, with the shoot possibly moved to a later phase.
Action items
- Send Grace a revised version of concept 3 with real project photos
- Confirm whether the photography can move to phase two and what that does to the price
- Follow up on the decision by Friday 13 November

Grace came in through the website form. Thornbury Physiotherapy's current site dates from about 2017, isn't mobile-friendly and they think they're losing jobs to two newer firms in Richmond. Would like something live before spring.
