Proposal follow-up
Edit the wording and timing here. Changes apply to the next email each person gets. Saving doesn't send anything.
How it works
Each email goes from the Gmail of whoever starts the follow-ups, with your signature, and is tracked like any other.
It stops on its own when they reply or email you, when their proposal is accepted or declined, when the deal is won or lost, or if an email bounces.
Emails only go out on weekdays, 8am–6pm UK time. Anything due outside that waits for the next morning.
Fill-ins: {{first_name}}, {{company}}, {{website}}, {{my_name}}, {{proposal_link}}, {{booking_link}}. You see every email filled in before you start it for someone.
