- Each site holds its domain and hosting renewals, its care plan (monthly fee and hours) and any change requests from the client.
- Renewals are flagged a month ahead and appear in your morning summary.
- Aftercare invoices are drafted for you each month, one per client, for their care plans plus any renewals you pay for and recharge. The Draft button does it now if you don't want to wait.
- Add all client websites makes a record for every client with a website on their company record that doesn't have one yet. Nothing else changes.
