Automatic follow-ups

3 switched on · 4 running or paused
Follow-up emails that send themselves, a few days apart, and stop the moment someone replies. How it works
  • The cards below are your follow-ups: each is a set of emails and how many days apart they go. Open one to edit the wording.
  • For example, Proposal follow-up nudges someone who hasn't replied to your proposal, so you don't have to remember to chase them.
  • Running now lists everyone getting follow-ups right now, so you can pause or stop them.
  • An automation can also start follow-ups for you, for example when a deal moves stage.

  1. 1Start it for someoneFrom a contact, deal, client or prospect, choose Start follow-ups.
  2. 2Check the emailsYou see every email filled in for them before anything is sent.
  3. 3Emails send themselvesFrom your Gmail, a few days apart, on weekdays between 8am and 6pm.
  4. 4It stops on its ownWhen they reply, a proposal is accepted or declined, the deal is won or lost, or an email bounces.
