Client emails where they're waiting on us, so nobody gets left hanging.How it works
- It reads the emails synced from your Gmail. Only people we know (clients and contacts) are included; newsletters and automatic emails are left out.
- An email shows up once the last message in the conversation is theirs and it's been more than 24 hours.
- Reply in Gmail as normal. It drops off here after the next sync.
- If it doesn't need an answer (a thank you, say), press No reply needed to clear it.
- Change the 24 hours in Settings, Workflow.
