• ·Send it as a private link. You see when it’s opened; they can accept or decline on the page.
• ·When they accept: the deal is marked Won, the project starts, the contract is drafted for them to sign and the deposit invoice is drafted for you to check.

2. 2ProposalWhat you'll do and the price options, sent as a link. Written from a deal.
3. 3ContractThe services agreement. Drafted for you when they accept the proposal; they sign, then you countersign.
4. 4ProjectThe work itself, kick-off to launch. Started for you when they accept the proposal.
5. 5InvoicesPayment stages (50/50 or 50/25/25). The deposit is drafted when they accept.
