Website packages

The website packages from Packages & prices. Every new proposal starts with these as the options the client chooses from.
Your standard website packages, part of Packages & prices. Proposals start from them. How it fits
  • When you write a new proposal, it opens with every package ticked “Offer this package” as the price options. You can still change anything in that one proposal without touching these.
  • Changing a package here only affects new proposals. Proposals you've already written or sent keep their own prices.
  • Our hours is for the team only, never shown to clients. It helps plan how busy you'll be when a package is won.
  • Untick “Offer this package” to stop offering one. Removing a package hides it rather than deleting it.
  • The starter prices came from the Godwin Powell proposal, so add what each one includes.
From first chat to getting paid
  1. 1DealSomeone's interested. Tracked on the Pipeline, from enquiry to won or lost.
  2. 2ProposalWhat you'll do and the price options, sent as a link. Written from a deal.
  3. 3ContractThe services agreement. Drafted for you when they accept the proposal; they sign, then you countersign.
  4. 4ProjectThe work itself, kick-off to launch. Started for you when they accept the proposal.
  5. 5InvoicesPayment stages (50/50 or 50/25/25). The deposit is drafted when they accept.

Every deal, proposal, contract and project page shows this same journey at the top, with links between them, so you can always see what's linked and what's next. Packages & prices is where the packages and prices for proposals and extras come from.
