Step 1: The words

The opening, the people it's for and each chapter, in the client's terms.

How the client's page reads▾

Cover, contents and your opening, then Discovery, References and The work from the boxes below. About us and how we work are the same in every proposal. Investment shows the options side by side, the timeline, what's included and the small print, then the client chooses and accepts at the end.

On a phone, a bar at the bottom keeps “Choose” and “Book a call” one tap away. They can save it as a PDF from the last page.

Title and chapters
The title is what the client sees. The deal's name stays inside the Studio.
Chapters to include

The cover, introduction, investment, small print and next steps always show. Chapters with empty boxes are left out on their own.

Investment · Usually three. Star the one you recommend. Start a line with “Everything in Essentials, plus:” to group items.

Step 3: Designed PDF and picturesOptional

Designed it in Canva or Claude Design? Upload the PDF and the client sees exactly that. Skip this and they see the built-in layout, with any pictures you add.

Your designed PDF
Upload the PDF and the client sees exactly that, with your options and Accept underneath. Without one, they see the built-in layout.
“Draft it for me” still helps: it writes the words from their discovery form and calls into the boxes in step 1, ready to copy into your design.
Pictures
