Re: Your proposal from The Think
Hi Alice, A quick follow-up on the proposal for Pemberton Yoga Studio. If it would help, I can walk you through the options in 15 minutes. Here's the link again: https://demo.thethink.co.uk/p/teBnIyrsnBSTcuAqsEZwQaBa Bes

First Impressions Call – Pemberton Yoga Studio Alice walked through the three homepage concepts with Sonny. Concept 1 was the clear favourite: they liked the confident type and the way projects lead the page. Concerns were mainly around timing (they'd like to launch before their busy season) and whether photography can be phased. Pricing was discussed: the Signature option fits, with the shoot possibly moved to a later phase.
Action items
- Send Alice a revised version of concept 1 with real project photos
- Confirm whether the photography can move to phase two and what that does to the price
- Follow up on the decision by Thursday 12 November

Alice sent a lovely message after launch: two enquiries through the new form in the first 48 hours. Asked if we could add a gallery page next month.

Quick call with Alice to confirm the domain is with them at their registrar. They've added hello@thethink.co.uk as a delegate, so DNS is in hand.

How's the new site going?
Hi Alice, It's been a little while since Pemberton Yoga Studio's new site went live, so I wanted to check in. Is everything working as you'd like? Anything you'd like to add or change? Sonny

Called Alice to follow up. Their partners meet on the 20th and they'll decide after that. No other quotes on the table as far as we know.

First Impressions Call done. Alice liked the bold direction but wants to see it with real project photos before deciding. Sending two swaps by Friday.

First Impressions Call booked with Alice for Tuesday 10 November. Three homepage concepts to prepare: warm and editorial, bold and typographic, and a calmer photo-led one.

Proposal opened three times since last night, twice on a phone. Probably showing it to their business partner.

Discovery answers are thorough. Main goal is bigger, better-paying jobs rather than more enquiries, so the case studies need to do the heavy lifting. Copy: "a mix of both".

Intro call with Alice (20 mins). Had a bad experience with a freelancer who disappeared halfway through, so a clear process and fixed dates matter more than price.

Enquiry from Alice via Outreach. They've outgrown a DIY Wix site and want something that looks as good as the work they actually do. Rough budget mentioned: £6–8k.
