  • Sun 1 Nov, 6:20: First Impressions Call booked with Emma for Monday 16 November. Three homepage concepts to prepare: warm and editorial, bold and typographic, and a calmer photo-led one.
  • Wed 28 Oct, 10:56: Proposal read through to the pricing page within an hour of sending. Recommended Signature; Emma asked whether photography can be added later.
  • Sat 24 Oct, 14:09: Discovery form back. They want to keep the logo but refresh the colours, and they've named a launch event in March to work towards.
  • Tue 20 Oct, 11:40: Emma said they'd do the discovery form over the weekend. Sent the link on WhatsApp too in case the email got buried.
  • Fri 16 Oct, 14:51: Quick intro call with Emma. Talked through how we work (discovery form, proposal, then concepts on the First Impressions Call) and the 50/50 payment split. Happy to go ahead with the form.
