Businesses you've researched and might pitch to, but haven't worked with yet (also known as cold leads). Most statuses update on their own as people open, reply and book.How it works
  • Prospects come from the weekly lead email (picked up from Gmail on its own, or press Check for new leads) and from lists you Import in Settings.
  • Priority is how good a fit they look: A is best, then B and C. X means set aside, so they're greyed out and listed last.
  • Warmth is how engaged they are right now: opens, clicks, replies and website visits in the last 30 days. Sort by “warmest first” to see who to chase.
  • Open a prospect to email them, start automatic follow-ups, or Convert to deal once they're interested. Send to Instantly adds a batch to a cold email campaign.
How a prospect moves along

  3. 3RepliedSet for you when they reply, fill in a website form or you turn them into a deal.
