Client feedback

How clients felt about working with you, once their site is live.
Add your Google review link in Settings so happy clients can leave a review straight after answering.Settings
Ask clients how it went, collect Google reviews and keep the quotes you can use.How it works
  • Net Promoter Score is the share of happy clients (9 or 10) minus the share of unhappy ones (0 to 6). Anything above 0 is good; above 50 is excellent.
  • You get an email and a phone alert when someone answers. Unhappy answers are listed first: worth a call.
  • Testimonials you can use only shows clients who ticked the box to be quoted.
