Invoices go to Xero the moment they're sent, and payments when they're paid. Bank transfers you reconcile in Xero mark invoices paid here. Your bank balance, profit and bills show across the Studio.

Every invoice you send from the Studio appears in Xero, with the client set up as a contact.

Card, Direct Debit and marked-paid invoices are recorded in Xero. Transfers you reconcile there mark them paid here.
