Read through Darren's discovery answers. Picked Clean, Editorial and Refined; both competitors they named are on Wix and look tired. Wants a quote calculator, which we'd price as an extra.

Your discovery form
Hi Darren, A quick reminder about the discovery form. It takes about 15 minutes and means we can get going on concepts for Kingsway Removals straight away. Best, Nick

Quick intro call with Darren. Talked through how we work (discovery form, proposal, then concepts on the First Impressions Call) and the 50/50 payment split. Happy to go ahead with the form.

Darren came in through the website form. Kingsway Removals's current site dates from about 2017, isn't mobile-friendly and they think they're losing jobs to two newer firms in Watford. Would like something live before spring.
