Rang Imran: still keen, just juggling a busy month. Said they'll come back to us by the end of next week.

First Impressions Call with Imran. Loved concept 2, wants the services higher up the page and a little less grey overall. Leaning towards Signature but asked about phasing the photography.

First Impressions Call booked with Imran for Monday 16 November. Three homepage concepts to prepare: warm and editorial, bold and typographic, and a calmer photo-led one.

Kick-off with Imran on Google Meet. Agreed an 8-page sitemap, the launch target and that Imran signs off everything. Content checklist sent straight after.

Proposal read through to the pricing page within an hour of sending. Recommended Signature; Imran asked whether photography can be added later.

Read through Imran's discovery answers. Picked Clean, Editorial and Refined; both competitors they named are on Wix and look tired. Wants a quote calculator, which we'd price as an extra.

Quick intro call with Imran. Talked through how we work (discovery form, proposal, then concepts on the First Impressions Call) and the 50/50 payment split. Happy to go ahead with the form.

Imran came in through the website form. Blue Door Dental's current site dates from about 2017, isn't mobile-friendly and they think they're losing jobs to two newer firms in Brentwood. Would like something live before spring.
