Simple rules that do the routine bits for you: when something happens, the Studio does the next step. How it works
- Your rules are listed on the left. Switch one off to pause it without losing it.
- Recently shows what the rules have actually done, so you can check they're working.
- Add a new rule with the form on the right. It starts working straight away.
How a rule works
- 1When this happensSomething in the Studio, like a deal moving stage, a proposal being accepted or an invoice going overdue.
- 2Do thisCreate a task, tell the team (email and phone), start automatic follow-ups for the main contact, or move the deal.
- 3Just onceEach rule only runs once for the same deal, project or invoice, so nobody gets things twice.
