Two-step login, signed-in devices, backups and a record of who did what.
Face ID
Log in with Face ID, Touch ID or your fingerprint instead of typing your password. It counts as two-step login on its own.

Set it up once on each phone or computer you use. On iPhone, do it from the Studio on your Home Screen. If the Studio moves to its own web address, set it up again there.

Two-step login
After your password, a 6-digit code from an app on your phone. Stops anyone who gets hold of your password.

Takes two minutes. You'll also get recovery codes in case you lose your phone.

Lost a phone or laptop, or think someone else has been in? Sign out everywhere else.

After 5 wrong passwords in 15 minutes, logging in to that account pauses for 15 minutes.

Backups
Every morning, a copy of everything (except uploaded file contents) goes to a “The Think Studio backups” folder in Google Drive. The latest 30 are kept.
Not set up

Reconnect Google once in Settings, under Emails, to allow backups to Drive.

Download a backup now

Uploaded files (documents, client uploads, receipts) live in the database itself, which your database host also backs up. To restore a backup into a new database, see the README.
