  • Stage is where the work is up to, from Kick-off to Aftercare. To move it to Launched, the launch checks on the project page need ticking first, otherwise it stays where it is (you can turn this off in Settings).
  • Value is the agreed fee. The payment-stage invoices (50/50 or 50/25/25) are worked out from it, so keep it up to date.
  • Framer template is for the team only. Clients never see it.
