The people who could send work your way: potential introducers, past clients and partners. The Studio reminds you to say hello every few weeks, so nobody is forgotten.How it works
- Add someone with Add a good friend below, or with Add to Good friends on any contact or partner. People are also added for you: anyone who introduces a client, one person from each client once their site launches, and your active partners.
- On weekday mornings, whoever looks after someone who's due gets an email (and a phone notification, if switched on) with the message written and an Open in WhatsApp button. Nothing is ever sent to the friend unless you press send.
- Every few weeks you get a “don't forget to say hello” reminder for each person. A friendly message is written for you to copy into WhatsApp or a text. It also shows in Chasers.
- Press Caught up when you've been in touch another way (a call, a coffee), so the next reminder is a full cycle away.
- Once someone introduces a client, they also appear on Introducers, with the work and any finder's fee.
- Each person has a card: who they are, when you last spoke, when the next hello is due, and what they've led to so far.
- Could introduce you shows the people who haven't introduced anyone yet: the ones worth a coffee. Use the tabs to see just introducers, past clients or partners.
- Mine shows the people you look after. Press Change on a card to set how often to say hello, who looks after them, or to turn their reminders off.
