Called Harriet to follow up. Their partners meet on the 20th and they'll decide after that. No other quotes on the table as far as we know.

First Impressions Call done. Harriet liked the bold direction but wants to see it with real project photos before deciding. Sending two swaps by Friday.

First Impressions Call booked with Harriet for Friday 13 November. Three homepage concepts to prepare: warm and editorial, bold and typographic, and a calmer photo-led one.

Proposal opened three times since last night, twice on a phone. Probably showing it to their business partner.

Intro call with Harriet (20 mins). Had a bad experience with a freelancer who disappeared halfway through, so a clear process and fixed dates matter more than price.

Enquiry from Harriet via Google search. They've outgrown a DIY Wix site and want something that looks as good as the work they actually do. Rough budget mentioned: £6–8k.
