Friendly reminders to clients who've gone quiet, drafted for you. You check each one and send it, or skip it.How it works
- Also here: check-ins after a site launches (3, 6 and 12 months by default), follow-ups after a call, and catch-ups with your Good friends.
- Open on each one takes you to the thing it's chasing. Tick several to send or skip them in one go.
- Check for new ones now runs the morning check straight away. Change the timings, or switch chasers off, in Settings, Workflow.
How a chaser works
- 1Something goes quietA discovery form, contract, sign-off, invoice or deal hasn't had an answer after 3 days.
- 2A nudge is draftedEvery weekday morning the Studio writes a friendly reminder and puts it here.
- 3You check itChange the wording, subject or who it goes to if you like.
- 4Send or skipSend goes from your own Gmail. Skip, and another is drafted in a few days if it's still waiting.
