  • Must-haves missing shows how many of the things you marked Needed haven't arrived yet.
  • A checklist turns amber once it has waited 7 days and red (overdue) after 14.
  • Last reminder shows when a reminder last went, and whether automatic reminders are on.
How a content checklist runs
  1. 1Send itUsually from the project at kick-off. Tick what you need; it goes from your Gmail, or you copy the link.
  2. 2They uploadOne page for their logo, photos, words and logins. It saves as they go.
  3. 3RemindersAutomatic reminders if you switched them on. If not, a nudge is drafted in Chasers.
