Write an invoice by hand. Choose the client, add what you're charging for, then save it as a draft. Projects can set up payment stages for you.How it works
  • Usually you don't need this page. A project's deposit invoice is drafted for you when the client accepts the proposal, and aftercare invoices are drafted each month.
  • For a project's payment stages, use Create 50/50 invoices on the project page: it drafts every stage in one go.
  • Use this page for anything else: a one-off job, an extra, or a stage you need to set up by hand. Pick the project and you can add a 50% deposit or balance line with one click.
  • When you save, it stays a draft. You send it from the Invoices list when you're ready.
