What happens next
  • It's noted on their record and, if it came from a deal, the deal moves on to the “discovery form sent” stage.
  • If they go quiet, a friendly nudge is drafted in Chasers for you to check and send.
  • When they finish, you get an alert and their answers appear here and on their record, with a task to send their site health check within 24 hours.
