New deal
A deal is one piece of work someone might buy from you. It sits on the Pipeline until it's won or lost.
Add a deal by hand when a new enquiry didn't come in through the website or booking link. How it fits
- Usually you don't need this page. Deals are made for you when someone fills in your website form, books a call through your booking link, sends the discovery form, or is introduced through a referrer's page.
- Add one here for anything that came in another way: a phone call, an email, a chat at an event.
- Only the deal name is required. Pick an existing company, or type a new company name and it's added for you.
- After you save, you land on the deal's page. From there you can book the First Impressions Call and write the proposal.
From first chat to getting paid
- 1DealSomeone's interested. Tracked on the Pipeline, from enquiry to won or lost.
- 2ProposalWhat you'll do and the price options, sent as a link. Written from a deal.
- 3ContractThe services agreement. Drafted for you when they accept the proposal; they sign, then you countersign.
- 4ProjectThe work itself, kick-off to launch. Started for you when they accept the proposal.
- 5InvoicesPayment stages (50/50 or 50/25/25). The deposit is drafted when they accept.
Every deal, proposal, contract and project page shows this same journey at the top, with links between them, so you can always see what's linked and what's next. Packages & prices is where the packages and prices for proposals and extras come from.
