Everything with a date: calls, deadlines, launches and who's away. Click anything to open it.How it works
  • Calls and meetings come from Google Calendar and update every 15 minutes. Change or delete those in Google.
  • Alongside them you'll see task due dates, invoice due dates, project launches, partner deadlines, admin deadlines, time off and bank holidays. Click any of them to open it.
  • Client calls get a call brief (what we know about them, and questions worth asking), emailed about 30 minutes before. After the call, record a voice note from the same place.
  • New event adds it here and to your own Google Calendar (if it's connected), but doesn't invite anyone. To invite a client, send the invite from Google Calendar so they get a Meet link.
