Privacy notice

The Think Media Group Limited (company number 16011301), trading as The Think, is responsible for the information you give us through our pages and emails. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

What we hold and why

Your name, work email, phone number and company details, what you tell us in forms, proposals, contracts and approvals, the files you upload, our emails and call notes with you, and invoices and payments. We use these to talk to you about a project, to deliver and support it, and to keep the records the law requires. When you sign or approve something online we also record the time, your IP address and device, as evidence of the signature.

If we contacted you about our services first, we did so because it's in our legitimate interests to tell businesses like yours about work that may be useful to them. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.

On our website, with your consent, we record which pages are viewed and roughly where from (town level), and whether you arrived from one of our emails.

Who else sees it

Only the services we use to run the business: Google (email, calendar, storage), our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Neon), Stripe for card payments, and the freelancers who work on your project, under confidentiality terms. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Client records for as long as we work together and then for six years, for tax and legal reasons. Information about people we've contacted but not worked with is reviewed and removed after 24 months at most.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can object to us contacting you. Email hello@thethink.co.uk and we'll reply within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
